  We have used them before with no problem and good kebabs, but on last telephone order saturday 19/11/16 i rang order through and was told delivery in approx 1 hour , so said ok no problem, nothing turned up over 1.45 minutes so called them back. Was told sorry and order would be processed urgently , i told them i would wait another 10/15 minutes
  We waited again for over twenty minutes then recieved a call to say items are being packed for delivery as we speak , so again waited for delivery bearing in mind i live approx 500 meters from shop,
  Nothing turned up after another twenty minute wait, was told driver should be at my door, lol
  I cancelled order and wont hse ever again

  Ordered large doner and a large chicken kebab. Expected chicken to be a a chicken doner so I was pleasantly suprised to see fresh marinated chicken being cooked. Staff friendly and efficient and the kebabs were gorgeous. Only criticism is the chilli sauce. It is more of a salsa. It has a nice taste but was not hot enough by a long way. I always have a bottle of linghams extra hot chilli sauce at hand ( only available at tesco). So over all a really pleasurable experience. look forward to another kebab when i am in town next year. Thank you

  X STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND X We ordered food and were told it would arrive in 45 minutes at most, so was due to arrive at 10pm. However it arrived at 10.50pm. So we asked if we could have a discount as it was so late and were told very bluntly and rudely no, they even hung up on us. As for the food itself, the pizza had a strange tang to it which was like one of the ingredients was off, and the chips were stone cold. The only thing mildly enjoyable about this meal was the garlic bread. I would never order from here again after this experience.
